About Tim

Overview of Experience

Tim Bot is a PCC, ICF-Certified coach, specializing in Executive Leadership.  As a coach, Tim is the catalyst that instills confidence and peace of mind in others that allows them to achieve their goals. His years of coaching and business experience includes HR leadership roles in Fortune 500 corporations such as General Mills and Boston Scientific as well as smaller companies like Proto Labs.  Tim works with clients to achieve their aspirations by bringing a caring, genuine curiosity matched with proven coaching methodology. He serves as the Practice Lead at Navigate forward for their Fast Start executive on-boarding program.  Tim coaches and advises across many industries and is an adept expert at focusing on what matters most.  In addition, he brings an offering which includes building core muscles of mental fitness.

Tim is currently Co-Chair of Membership on the ICF-MN Board of Directors and has served on the Boards of the General Mills Federal Credit Union and Minnetonka Boys Basketball Association. He earned his MA in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management and a BS in Business Management and Social Science from St. John’s University.
